How do I see how a page has changed?
Scan the same address again, then open This page over time on the report. It lists every scan of that exact page, whoever ran it, with how the score moved each time. Open any of them to see the report as it was that day.
-
Scan the page again
After a change, press Rescan this page at the top of the report. The new scan joins that page’s history and the earlier ones stay as they were. There’s nothing to set up and no account needed.
-
Open This page over time
Under the verdict, the This page over time link jumps to the history. A chart shows the score across the most recent 50 scans, and below it each scan has its score, verdict, date and the change from the one before: up, down or No change. The scan you are looking at is marked showing now.
-
Open an earlier scan
Press any scan in the list to open it exactly as it was on the day, with its own link. A step marked our scoring changed crosses a change in how we score, so it is drawn dashed rather than compared; What changed links to the list of those changes.
-
Find the other pages you scanned on a site
Once you have scanned more than one page on a site, Other pages you scanned here appears near the top of the report, with a link to your latest scan of each. It shows only in the browser you scanned from, and only to you.
-
Follow a whole site
A site you scan with an account has a history of its own, run by run, under Your sites. How do I follow one site over time?, under More help below, covers it.
